In the event you receive an item that you believe may be damaged or defective, we require that you email us within 48 hours of receiving the item and include your name, proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photos of the item. We reserve the right to deny any request for return, exchange, or repair.
If you purchased a GRACE piece from another retailer, please consult that retailer’s applicable policies. We are not responsible for items purchased from other retailers.

Please note, all pieces are made to order. All orders are subject to production and fulfillment lead times prior to shipping. Shipment timeframes follow the guidelines specified on a respective product page with all shipping windows being based upon the next business day following the date an order is placed. Select pieces may have different shipping timeframes and all specified ship windows are estimates only.
